User Stories

  • As a current traveler, I want to let the supplier know about any issues so they can address them as soon as possible.
  • As a past traveler, I want to let the supplier know about my trip experience so they can better service future travelers.
  • As a potential traveler, I want insight from prior travelers so I can be confident in my purchases.

Achieved Goals

  • Closed the customer/supplier feedback loop.
  • Designed a platform that can be scaled across products (hotels, activities, etc).
  • Playback of reviews individually and as an aggregate to improve social proofing.
  • Increased engagement and completion rate for review collection forms.

  • Interaction + visual design.
